Swedish Massage
Throughout our daily lives we put ourselves in positions that cause injury and stress to our muscles and tissue. Swedish is a traditional form of massage that uses creams and lotions to relax our overworked bodies and release held toxins. This process helps our muscles to remember their resting, balanced, non-stressed state.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Each session is tailor-made to your individual needs by using energy work, stretches, and acupressure techniques to aid in relaxing your body, mind and spirit. After each session we discuss your body mechanics. Areas that are out of balance are highlighted and techniques and stretches are suggested to remedy these conditions.

Reiki
A world where we are constantly moving and doing creates little time to re-energize.
Reiki is an ancient, hands on healing art that uses the energy of the Universe to help us slow down and refill our tank. This work creates vitality, supports the body’s natural healing process and grounds you.

During each session this Universal energy flows through my hands to your body, targeting those areas most in need. It helps in relieving psychological/emotional and physical distress. You remain fully clothed during the session.

Intuitive Healing
Feelings, complexes and trauma manifest themselves physically within your body. This held energy can be from past or present experiences and cause discomfort or disease. Through my experience and training in Social Work, Massage Therapy and Channeling, I have an intuitive sense of what is being held and have developed techniques to help release this “stuck” energy.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Intuitive Healing is a combination of energy work, verbal exchanges, and Channeled information. During each session, through the use of light pressure and occasional talking, you are guided to understand and release held emotions that are causing discomfort. This work leaves you with a deeper understanding of your body, mind and spirit. You remain fully clothed during the session.
